Ingredients for Fresh Broad Bean Recipe:
500 g fresh broad beans
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Bunch of dill
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of flour
1.5 teaspoons of salt
2 glasses of hot water
How to Make Fresh Broad Bean with Olive Oil?
The broad beans are cleaned and soaked in lemon water to darken. Chopped onion and garlic are roasted in olive oil.
Broad beans are added. In a bowl, flour is opened with water and transferred to the pot. Salt and sugar are added and the broad beans are cooked until soft.
When it is warm, it is served by sprinkling chopped dill.
It can also be served with garlic yoghurt upon request.
