The winners of Aydın Memecik Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition organized by Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panel were announced at Aydın International Agriculture Food and Livestock Fair. Bronze, silver, gold and premium awards were given to the companies participating in the competition. It was stated that Aydın Memecik Olive Oil differs from other oils with its unique aroma and fruity taste.

Aydın International Agriculture Aydın Memecik Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition award ceremony was held within the framework of the Food and Livestock Fair. Making statements regarding the award ceremony of Aydın Memecik Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition held at the 10th Aydın International Agriculture, Food and Livestock Fair, Aydın Commodity Exchange Chairman of the Board Fevzi Çondur said that Aydın Memecik Olive Oil, registered by Aydın Commodity Exchange and the application process for EU registration has come to an end , thanked the companies that participated in the quality competition held in order to increase their awareness on the national and international platform.
He stated that it was rated with an objective evaluation by Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panelists accredited by the IOC. Çondur said, “We announce the results of this competition at our fair every year. In our competition, in which companies operating within the borders of Aydın province participate, this year 1 company was awarded a bronze medal, 5 companies a silver medal, 4 companies a gold medal and 2 companies a Premium award”.
Çondur stated that there are companies that have received awards in the olive oil quality competitions held at the international and international level, and that Aydın Memecik Olive Oil differs from other oils with its unique aroma and fruity taste and is highly demanded. He stated that they aim to increase the awareness and brand value of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil with geographical indication registered with such competitions. All companies participating in the competition were given certificates of participation, and the winners in bronze, silver, gold and premium categories were awarded by Aydın Commodity Exchange Assembly President A. Bahri Erdel, Assembly Vice President Rıza Uyar, Vice Chairman of the Board Cengiz Ülgen, Assembly Members Mehmet Ali Avcu and Mehmet Akkan.
